in honoring our Veterans.

Old Town Artisan Studios and the City of La Quinta will be announcing our new art program for veterans.
 
There will be a short presentation of the flag followed by “God Bless the USA” sung by a guest artist.  Over the summer OTAS made 1000 ceramic poppies.  Each attending veteran will be given a poppy as a symbol of our appreciation of his or her service.
 
The event allows veterans to see the Veterans Fountain created by 600 youth last summer and the studios where new program will be held.
