Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan 

The City of La Quinta updated its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) transition plan and self-evaluation in 2012.  The accessibility plan provides a comprehensive plan for access for individuals with disabilities to City buildings, sidewalks, programs, services, activities and events.  The public comment period ran from October 1, 2011 through November 30, 2011; however, survey responses regarding our programs and facilities are welcome at any time and are available below.  For more detailed information on the original survey period,
