Reporting Possible STVR Complaints:

Before reporting a complaint, please verify if the property is permitted as a short-term vacation rental (STVR) by checking the Weekly Active & Suspended STVR Property List using the property address.

For permitted STVRs, the City provides residents with two options to report possible STVR violations:

• 24/7 STVR Hotline - (760) 777-7157 - used to report possible STVR violations currently occurring; complaints can be submitted anonymously. 

• Email your complaint - CodeComplianceMail@LaQuintaCA.gov. This email is not monitored 24/7 and complaints submitted here will be addressed on the next business day. If immediate assistance is needed, please call (760) 777-7157.

If the property is NOT a permitted STVR, please contact City Code Compliance during normal business hours at (760) 777-7050 or contact the Non-Emergency Police Dispatch at (760) 836-3215, Ext. 5, if it is after-hours.
