How to Verify if a Property is a Permitted Short-Term Vacation Rental (STVR):

Step #1: Click on the link for Weekly Active & Suspended STVR Permits list. The list is updated every Wednesday by 5:00 pm and includes all permitted STVRs in the City of La Quinta.

Step #2: Search the list for the property address. All properties are listed in numerical/alphabetical order by address.
