There are multiple disaster declarations currently active resulting from severe winter storms, flooding, landslides, and mudslides as well as other active disasters declared in 2023 in the State of California.

 

The Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) oversees the applications process for Individual Assistance and Public Assistance. The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) oversees the applications process for Business Physical Disaster Loans of up to $2 million for businesses of all sizes and private nonprofit organizations to repair or replace damaged or destroyed real estate, machinery and equipment, inventory and other business assets.
