The general public is invited to bid on the City of La Quinta surplus equipment.  The public may view all of the available items on the following dates and times:

Friday, 10/12/2018 between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Monday, 10/15/2018 between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Thursday, 10/18/2018 between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Viewing location:  78-109 Francis Hack Lane, La Quinta, CA 92253

A full listing of the surplus items can be obtained by clicking on the link below, calling (760)-777-7150, or by visiting the City Hall Finance Department at 78-495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California 92253.

All items are purchased “as is” with no warranty and may generally be in poor condition.  After reviewing the list and/or viewing the items, you may submit your sealed bids to the City Clerk’s Office at 78-495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California 92253. 

Please include the inventory number on your bid form and all bids must be in a sealed envelope with the written words “surplus bid” on the actual envelope to be accepted.

Bids will close on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
