The general public is invited to bid on the City of La Quinta's surplus equipment. The public may view all of the available items on the following dates and times:

Monday, 2/25/2019 between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Friday, 3/1/2019 between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, 3/5/2019 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Viewing location:  78-109 Francis Hack Lane, La Quinta, CA 92253

A full listing of the surplus items can be obtained by clicking on the link below, calling (760)-777-7150, or by visiting the City Hall Finance Department at 78-495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California 92253.

All items are purchased “as is” with no warranty and may generally be in poor condition.  After reviewing the list and/or viewing the items, you may submit your sealed bids to the City Clerk’s Office at 78-495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California 92253. 

Please include the inventory number on your bid form and all bids must be in a sealed envelope with the written words “surplus bid” on the envelope to be accepted.

Bids must be turned in no later than Friday, March 8, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. 

Bids will be opened in the City Hall lobby on Monday, March 11, 2018 at 8:00 a.m.
