The general public is invited to bid on the City of La Quinta's surplus equipment. The public may view all of the available items on the following dates and times:

Thursday, 10/24/2019 between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

Monday, 10/28/2019 between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Wednesday, 10/30/2019 between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

All items are purchased “as is” with no warranty and may generally be in poor condition.

After reviewing the list and/or viewing the items, you may submit your sealed bids to the City Clerk’s Office at 78-495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California 92253.

Please include the inventory number on your bid form and all bids must be in a sealed envelope with the written words “surplus bid” on the envelope to be accepted.

Bids must be received no later than Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.

Bids will be opened in the City Hall lobby on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 8:00 a.m.
