SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTAL AD-HOC COMMITTEE 

The City of La Quinta is looking for interested citizens to serve on an Ad-hoc Committee for a period of one year. The Committee is tasked to evaluate the City’s Short-Term Vacation Rental (STVR) Program, including STVR historical information, outreach and marketing of the program, compliance and enforcement tools, streamlining the STVR license application process, potential program enhancements and new requirements. Following review of the City’s STVR Program, this Committee will provide critical advice and present recommendations to the City Council for consideration.

Meetings will be held monthly (date and time will be determined by the Committee) at La Quinta City Hall, 78495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta. Citizens do not need to reside in La Quinta or be a registered voter to serve on this Committee.

Please submit your application with the Clerk's Office by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
The City Council will conduct interviews and appoint members in February 2020.
