Help us celebrate Abraham Lincoln's Bicentennial Birthday! The City of La Quinta Museum, Library and Senior Center are sponsoring an old fashioned penny contest. To enter the contest, drop by any of the sites and make your best guess as to the number of pennies in the jars. The entry with the number closest to the actual number of pennies at each site will take the pennies home on February 17, 2009.

You may enter the contest as many times as you would like at each site. In case of ties, the earliest posted entry with the closest number of pennies will win the contest at that site.
