Internet Explorer Users
Microsoft announced in August that they are shutting down Internet Explorer and it will be fully deactivated by 8/17/2021. Microsoft recommends all Internet Explorer users change to the Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browser in order to avoid having issues accessing various websites.

Functions

The City’s Human Resources functions fall under the administrative direction of the Community Resources Director and encompass the following.

Personnel management, including recruitment, selection, affirmative action, job analysis and classification, compensation and benefits evaluation
Employee development, including training and development
Employee benefits program administration
Employee relations issues
Employee records maintenance
Compliance with FMLA, FLSA, and ADA statutes and regulations
Collective Bargaining representation
Risk management, including review, recommendation and analyses
California Joint Powers Insurance Authority liaison
