Welcome Artists that are participating in the La Quinta Art Celebration.

Before the Celebration begins you will need to obtain a business license from the City of La Quinta, if you haven't previously applied for one. 

When applying, have 3 items ready:

1. Government Photo Identification Card

•  We will ask for a copy of a government issued photo ID card to upload and attach.

2. Seller's Permit SPECIFICALLY WITH A LA QUINTA ADDRESS.

• We will ask for a copy of your Seller's Permit with a La Quinta address to upload and attach.
• If you DO NOT HAVE A LA QUINTA ADDRESS you can use: 78495 Calle Tampico La Quinta, CA 92253.
• You can go to California Department of Tax and Fee Administration or call 760-770-4828 to obtain it.

3. SIC (Standard Industrialization Code)

•  We will ask for a code issued by OSHA. 
• You can go to Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) System Search to obtain it.
