Designed by Alber De Matteis and Kim Emerson, the four mosaic towers are located at Fritz Burns Park on the playground near the tennis courts. Each tower has a spray head and metal trellis above the art piece. The artist used colorful handmade ceramic tiles, Venetian glass mosaic and natural stones from the La Quinta area. The mosaic designs created for each spray tower are unique and different. The water towers were purchased in June, 1994.
