Directs all facets of operations, sets priorities, and assigns resources. Responsible for evaluating services, interpreting policies, developing comprehensive programs tailored to community needs, recommending and prioritizing projects based on anticipated demands, and performing long range planning and strategic programming of projects. Represents the City on various boards and provides legislative representation as required.
