Effective March 2021, the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) issued a change in policy for proper referencing of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. This report will now be referred to as the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
The ACFR presents information regarding the City’s financial activities. This ACFR is prepared in conformance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The City’s financial reporting is based upon all Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) pronouncements and includes various annual external audits.
