• Property must be owner occupied

• Program is designed for property owners with landscaping violations

  Program is available for the exterior front and side yards only

• Property owner must sign the “Voluntary Ground cover Delivery and Installation Program” agreement

• Gravel will be delivered by the city free of charge

• An area must be accessible by city equipment, gravel will not be placed in the street.

• The area to be covered must be prepped before delivery of the gravel

• Property owner must agree to spread the ground cover within 30 days of delivery
