La Quinta, CA
Home MenuSuccessor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of La Quinta
This page serves as the Internet site for the Successor Agency to the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency. California law eliminated redevelopment throughout the state in February 2012. The law, Assembly Bill X1 26, required the establishment of successor agencies to wind down the remaining redevelopment activities. Each successor agency is required to have an Internet web site.
On this page, the public can view the Successor Agency's Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS).
In August 2017, a preliminary Last and Final ROPS was submitted to Department of Finance (DOF). Items on this comprehensive schedule include all bond debt service payments, City General Fund loan repayments, and funds needed for oversight and annual reporting requirements from fiscal years 2018/19 to 2039/40 (the next 22 years).
The Last and Final ROPS was approved by the DOF on November 22, 2017.
