The La Quinta Housing Database is published annually, in compliance with the requirements of AB 987. The database describes existing, new, and substantially rehabilitated housing developed or otherwise assisted with Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Asset Funds.

Housing Successor and Authority Annual Reports

In compliance with the requirements of SB 341, the Housing Successor and Housing Authority Annual Reports regarding the Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF) have been prepared pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 34176.1(f) and are dated as of June 2021. The reports were approved by the City of La Quinta Housing Authority at a public meeting on June 15, 2021.
